Google Ads

Can you set up a Google Ads account for me?

We can set up a new Google Ads account for you and will then give you access. The account will then be yours to keep and our access can be removed at any time.

Who do I pay for my Ads spend?

Any advertising fees accrued on the Google Ads platform is paid directly to Google and you will need to have a form of payment set up in your account.

Am I tied into a contract?

We do not tie you into a contract and do not ask for any notice period so you can cancel at any time.

What should my monthly Ads budget be?

Each industry or business is different and will require different budgets. We can advise on this using our experience with many different industries but there is no minimum spend in Google Ads.

Can I use my own images/videos?

We can use resources that you provide and in most cases this is preferable. You will find a section in our questionnaire that asks for access to a drop box or Google drive through a link. However, we can also provide royalty free images/videos.

Can you use my current Google Ads account?

If you already have a Google Ads account we can request access and work with the campaigns already in the account. We will do a full audit and optimise the account to improve performance.

Can I change my monthly Ads budget?

You can change your Ads budget at any time and we will change your plan accordingly. This enables you to increase budget for promotions or busy periods and decrease budget during quieter periods.

How long will it take to launch my campaign?

It normally takes 7 days for us to launch your campaign to allow us to set up conversion tracking and to optimise the account. However, if your account is already running we can normally take control straight away.

How do I check my account performance?

We will provide you with a link to a full report that is updated each month so you can see how your account is performing.

How much time will you spend on my account?

We do not limit time on your account and will put in as much work as needed to make your account profitable.

Facebook Ads

Can you set up a Facebook Ads account for me?

You must already have a Facebook ads account that is attached to a business page for us to request access. However, we can give you full instructions to set up your ads account.

Who do I pay for my Ads spend?

Social Posts

Can you set up a social media account for me?

You will need to set up your own account or already have one for us to access it, however, we can give you full guidance on how to do this.

Can we choose the type of content posted?

We will always post any content type you want us to, however, we do give recommendations of types of content that drives the best performance.

Am I tied into a contract?

We do not tie you into a contract and do not ask for any notice period so you can cancel at any time.

Which social platforms do you post to?

We currently post to the Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram platforms.

Can I use my own images/videos?

We can use resources that you provide and in most cases this is preferable. You will find a section in our questionnaire that asks for access to a drop box or Google drive through a link. However, we can also provide royalty free images/videos.

How often do you post content?

We can create 3, 5, or 7 posts per week for you. The £100 Posts Plan includes 3 posts per week. You can increase the posting frequency to 5 per week for +£49, or to 7 per week for +£98.

Can I change/add content to my scheduled posts?

Once your monthly posts have been created we cannot modify them. However, you can request additional posts for promotions or events you may have coming up. You can then ask for changes through your monthly review form.

Will I have a dedicated content creator?

All of our fantastic content creators are UK based. They will get to know your business inside out and you will have a dedicated point of contact who you can reach whenever you need.

How long will it take to launch my campaign?

It normally takes 7 days for us to to start posting to your social platforms. We will research your business and your competitors before we start creating your first month of content.

Can I still post to my own social media profiles?

Of course — you retain full access to your social media pages and can post as much or as little as you like.

Blog Articles

What information do I need to share with you after signing up?

You’ll need to complete a Request Form to commission each single article or article series. When you complete your first ever Request Form, we’ll ask a few extra questions about your general blogging requirements and brand voice.

How do I request blog articles?

Complete a Blog Article Request Form for each article or article series you order.

What's the difference between a single article and an article series?

Single article: Order a single article covering a specific topic or upcoming event. You’ll need to complete one Request Form for each single article ordered. Article series: Order a series of 2 to 8 articles covering different aspects of one theme or topic. You’ll need to complete one Request Form to commission the full series of articles.

How quickly will I receive my blog article(s)?

Article are usually delivered within 5 working days. If you request multiple articles at once, we may need a little longer.

Will my blog articles include images or graphics?

No, we don’t provide images or graphics.

How many blog articles do I get each month?

It depends on the package you choose and the length (word count) of each article you request: Article lengths available: 500 words, 1,000 words, 1,500 words, 2,000 words, 2,500 words, 3,000 words, 3,500 words and 4,000 words.

Who writes my blog articles?

You’ll have a dedicated writer from our UK-based content writer team. Our writers create content for companies across a range of niche industries.

Can I request changes to my blog article?

Definitely. Each article includes one set of revisions. This means you can leave one set of comments on the article to request changes. If you would like to request revisions, you must do so within 5 working days of receiving the blog article. After receiving your revisions feedback, we will revise the blog article within 3 working days. If we do not receive a revision request from you within 5 working days, we will assume you do not require any revisions. It will not be possible to request revisions after the 5 working day period is over.

Will you publish the article to my website?

No. We will send you the article in a Word document. You will need to upload it to your website and publish it.

Who owns the blog article copyright?

100% you.
